The event aims to reflect on wine as a cultural and spiritual icon, capable of fostering dialogue among civilizations and faiths\u2014bridging the sacred and the profane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event will open with institutional greetings from Sabrina Alfonsi, Councillor for Agriculture, Environment, and Waste Cycle of Roma Capitale, and Dario Nanni, President of the Jubilee Commission of Roma Capitale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program features distinguished voices from academia and religious institutions, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Marcella Pisani (University of Rome Tor Vergata) \u2013 Dionysus, Wine, and the City<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ernesto Di Renzo (University of Rome Tor Vergata) \u2013 Imagery and Imagination of Wine between the Sacred and the Profane<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monsignor Vittorio Gepponi (Diocese of Perugia) \u2013 Wine in the Theology and Eucharistic Rituals of the Catholic Church<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>David Palterer (Academy of the Arts of Drawing, Florence) \u2013 The Spiritual Meaning of the Kiddush Cup in Judaism<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Davide Rosso (Waldensian Cultural Centre Foundation) \u2013 From the Chalice to the Reformation: Faith and Exile in the 17th and 18th Centuries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A representative of the Orthodox Church \u2013 The Chalice in the Byzantine Divine Liturgy: Iconography, Mysticism, and Communal Practice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The morning will conclude with a symbolic toast, affirming the message of unity and shared heritage that the initiative seeks to convey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The session will be moderated by Emanuela Panke, President of Iter Vitis, who remarked:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWine is a thread that connects centuries and cultures\u2014a unifying element that speaks of spirituality, memory, and human connection.
