The «Masclet» is a mixed drink traditionally made with equal parts of Reus black vermouth and Plim, the well-known fruit-flavoured soft drink that originated in the city.
Basic preparation:
• 🧊 Fill a glass with ice.
• 🍷 Add 50% Reus black vermouth.
• 🥤 Add 50% Plim.
• Stir gently, without using a cocktail shaker, to preserve the fizz of the soft drink.
• It is usually served well chilled and can be garnished with a citrus fruit. However, the traditional recipe consists simply of vermouth and Plim.
